Aditi Jhunjhunwala is a dynamic business leader known for her strategic vision, people-centric approach, and ability to drive operational excellence at Banke International Properties. Originally from India, she moved to Dubai in 2006 and began her career in real estate, building strong expertise in talent management and organisational development.

She joined Banke in 2013 as Head of HR and quickly progressed to lead overall operations. As the Head of Operations, she is now overseeing key functions including HR, CRM, marketing and administration to ensure seamless performance across the organisation.
