Porush Jhunjhunwala is a dynamic entrepreneur and the Founder & CEO of Banke International Properties, widely recognised for building one of Dubai's fastest-growing real estate organisations through vision, resilience and strong leadership. Originally from India, he began his professional journey there before moving to Dubai in 2006 to explore opportunities in the rapidly evolving property market. After gaining several years of hands-on experience with leading real estate firms in the UAE, he identified a gap for a client-focused, service-driven brokerage and, in 2013, founded Banke International Properties with a small team of just four people. Guided by his people-first philosophy and commitment to excellence, Porush has transformed the company into a prominent real estate brand with a diverse, high-performing team and an expanding international footprint. His emphasis on trust, continuous learning and long-term relationships has enabled the organisation to achieve remarkable growth within a short span, reflecting his dedication, entrepreneurial spirit and ability to lead from the front.
